HOW TO CREATE A PRESENTATION  ON POWERPOINT

Step-by-Step Guide to Creating a PowerPoint Presentation👇
  1. Open PowerPoint 
  2. select Blank Presentation to begin from scratch or choose a template for a pre-designed layout.
  3. Choose a Design Theme.
Navigate to the Design tab.
  1. Browse through available themes and select one that suits your presentation.
  2. Themes proves consistent fonts, colors, and background across all slides.
Add New slides
  1. Go to Home tab------> Slides group ----> and click on new slide tool
  2. Choose from various slide layout( such as, Title Slide, Title and content, two Content) to match the content you presentation.
Insert and Format text on your presentation.
  1. Click on the placeholder text boxes to add your content.
  2. Use the Font group in the Home tab to adjust font type, size, color, and apply formatting like bolds or more.
  3. For bullet point or numbers lists , use the respective icons in the toolbar.
You can add Picture, shapes , etc.  on your presentation from Insert tab. 
  1. Picture :- Insert images from  your computer.
  2. Shapes:- Add geometric shapes, arrows, etc.
  3. Icons:- Include symbols to represent ideas visually.
  4. Appy Transitions and animations
Transitions on your  presentation :
  1. Go to the Transitions tab.
  2. Select a transition effect for slide changes.
  3. Click Apply To All maintain consistency
Animations:-
  1. Navigate to the Animation tab.
  2. Choose animation effects for text or objects.
  3. set the timing, speed of your chosen animation.
Present Your Slideshow
  1. Press F5 to start the presentation .
  2. Use the navigation key (arrow keys)  or mouse clicks to navigate the one slides to other slide.
